Ingredients required to make Bread Nashta Recipe

Fresh or leftover bread

One cup fresh cream

Onion finely chopped

Capsicum finely chopped

Tomato finely chopped

1/2 tsp red chili powder

Salt according to taste

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Tomato sauce

Cooking oil or Desi ghee

  1. Chop onion, capsicum and tomatoes finely. While chopping tomatoes, remove the seeds.
  2. Take out the tomato sauce in a bowl.

Step by step process of bread ka nashta recipe

  1. Take one cup cream in a big vessel and beat it well. Now add 5 to 6 tablespoons of semolina in it. If the cream is a little thick then adjust its consistency by adding a little water. Do not add too much water. Just add enough water so that the semolina and cream mix well.

2. Now cover the batter and keep it for 20 to 25 minutes so that the semolina swells. After 20 minutes, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped tomato to the batter. Remove the seeds from the tomato while cutting it. Now mix salt, black pepper powder and red chili powder according to taste.

3. Our batter is ready to make bread breakfast, now take the bread and apply tomato sauce on it and put stuffing on it, prepare all of them in the same way and make them ready.

4. Keep the pan to heat, after heating, grease it with a little oil and the side on which we have applied the batter should be kept downwards, we will cook the breakfast on medium flame till it becomes crispy from the bottom, after this we will change its side and put red chilli flakes and oregano on top, this gives a very good taste to our breakfast.

5. Bake the bread till it becomes crispy from the bottom also. After this, take it out in a plate, cut it and enjoy it with hot tea .
