Ingredients required to make dahi sandwich recipe
Thick curd (hung curd)
Onion finely chopped

Capsicum finely chopped
Tomato finely chopped

Cheese slices
Ginger and garlic paste or grated
Green chillies finely chopped
Green coriander chutney
Grated carrot

Preparation for Dahi Sandwich Recipe
- 1 To make Dahi Sandwich, first of all thicken the curd. To thicken the curd, tie it in a cotton muslin cloth or put the curd in a stainer and keep it in the fridge for three to four hours, so that the curd thickens.
- Chop onion, capsicum and green coriander finely.
- Grate ginger and garlic, grate carrot too.

Step by step recipe of Dahi Sandwich
- First of all, put the curd in a cotton cloth or stainer and keep it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours, so that the curd thickens.
2. Now take out the curd in a vessel, add finely chopped onion, capsicum and tomatoes in it. While cutting tomatoes, remove the seeds of the tomato, add ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped green chillies, also add grated carrot and finely chopped coriander leaves.
3. Now add black pepper powder and chaat masala in it. Adding chaat masala gives a very nice taste to the sandwich and our sandwiches become very tasty. Salt has not been used in the stuffing yet because adding salt makes the vegetables release water.
4. Mix all the things nicely, our nice stuffing is ready for making sandwiches, now make coriander chutney
5. Now take bread for making sandwich. Apply cooking oil, butter or desi ghee on the bread, whatever you like to eat in the sandwich. Now apply green coriander chutney on it and then keep the stuffing which we had made with curd. Now place the second slice of bread on it, then place round sliced onions and tomatoes on it and place a cheese slice, this makes our sandwich very good, add a little salt as per taste, add chaat masala and black pepper powder and apply tomato sauce on the third slice of bread and cover it from above
6. Now apply some Desi Ghee or cooking oil on the sandwich and place it in the sandwich griller for grilling.
7. Our sandwiches are ready. What nice crispy golden sandwiches we have made, you will take them out in a plate and you can cut them and enjoy them with hot tea.
