1 green chilli finely chopped
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
salt as per taste
chilli powder
Cooking oil or desi ghee for frying paratha

- Wash the green onions thoroughly in water and dry them or clean the green onions with a cloth.
- Also chop ginger, green chillies and green coriander finely.
